First closed-session reference to Doe Jane v. LBUSD anticipated litigation

The August 14, 2025 closed-session agenda listed a conference with legal counsel under Government Code §54956.9 styled "Doe Jane v. LBUSD, anticipated litigation." This is the first vault-recorded reference to the Doe Jane matter in the 2025-26 board record, and is structurally upstream of the April 16, 2026 board action retaining Morgan Lewis & Bockius at $1,730/hr to handle AB 218 retroactive childhood-sexual-abuse claim exposure.
